Assigning roles to staff

Each staff member can hold multiple roles — a lead teacher who also drives the van should have both 'Lead Teacher' and 'Driver'. Roles matter because requirements are configured by role: adding the Driver role automatically assigns driver-related requirements.

Add custom roles in Settings if your center uses titles we don't include.
