Try before you buy

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full feature access — no card required. We encourage you to evaluate CenterReady completely before subscribing, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us at support@centerready.app within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund. For subscription renewals, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and, if the service has not been materially used in the new billing period, we will refund the renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (via the customer portal). Cancellation stops future charges and your subscription remains active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate or refund the remaining days of a billing period after cancellation, except where required by law or covered by the refund terms above.

Your records are never held hostage

When a subscription ends, your data becomes read-only — it is not deleted, and you can export your records or reactivate at any time.

How to request a refund

Email support@centerready.app from the email address on your account with the words "refund request" in the subject line. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to purchases.
