Trials: 14 days, up to 10 active staff, full feature access, and a real readiness report from your own data. The trial requires no card and never converts to a paid plan automatically. When your trial ends, your records become read-only — never deleted — until you subscribe at the full listed price ($39, $79, or $149 per month, or the annual equivalent).
Billing: subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price (monthly or annual) until canceled. Prices are in USD; taxes may apply and are calculated at checkout by Paddle, our merchant of record.
Downgrades:we never delete your data when you change plans. If you're over a limit, you'll be asked to archive records or upgrade before adding more.
Cancellation: cancel anytime from the billing portal. You keep read access to export your records.
