Configuring reminders
Warning windows, escalation, and delivery history.
By default, reminders go out 90, 60, 30, 14, and 7 days before an expiration, on the day itself, and weekly afterward. Adjust these per requirement in Reminders.
Escalation (Center plan and up): if an employee doesn't act, later reminders copy the assistant director, then the director, and after expiration, the owner.
Reminders shows the full delivery history including failures, so a bounced email never hides a lapsing credential.
