Generating reports

Reports → New report. Choose the type (full inspection binder, missing records, expiring records, training summary, and more), the staff and categories to include, and privacy options — you can exclude personal phone numbers and emails, exclude notes, and mask credential numbers.

The binder generates as a PDF: cover page, executive summary, and one section per employee. Optionally include a ZIP package with organized copies of accepted documents and a CSV index.

Every report records who generated it, when, and with which filters.
