Uploading documents

Admin uploads, employee self-uploads, and secure phone-friendly links.

There are three ways to get a document in: an administrator uploads it on the staff profile, an employee signs in and uploads it themselves, or you send a secure upload link that works without an account — ideal for staff who only have a phone.

Accepted files: PDF, JPG, and PNG up to 15 MB. iPhone users should choose 'Most Compatible' camera format or export HEIC photos as JPG.

Secure links are personal, expire automatically (7 days by default), and can be revoked at any time.
